Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on CreamPie Daily infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent including all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our site.
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will process valid takedown requests within 3–5 business days.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed content and its former location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, CreamPie Daily maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
